WHY DID YOU MAKE A VULVA PUPPET?

Back in the day of it's creation, (May 1992) I needed to talk about Vulva sex without the shame, and I discovered many people had no accurate information about female anatomy! I wanted to provide an innovative, lasting and POSITIVE educational experience. So after several months of trying various materials and patterns, I took needle to thread. Viola!

WHO IS IT FOR?

The vulva puppet is for everyone! Couldn't we all use a little empowerment, education, honor and/or healing? Just think about the shame, ignorance, violence, and harm there is today around vulvas and sex.

WHY IS IT CALLED "WONDROUS"?

Well, because it's where we all come from. How's that?

But also, the Vulva Puppet is adorned in the Colors of Royalty. She is tactile and soft, inviting touch (just be sure to wash your hands first!).

And finally...SHE NEEDED TO HAVE A VOICE! ANY VOICE, ANY LANGUAGE. So she became a puppet. THAT'S THE MOMENT SHE BECAME WONDROUS!
